Websel Menu Glow adds hover and active-state treatments to standard WordPress menus from a settings
screen, so you are not writing and re-writing CSS for every client site. Effects are CSS-only, so
there is no JavaScript cost, and prefers-reduced-motion is honoured.
Configured per menu, so the primary navigation can be expressive while the footer stays quiet.
